Borussia Dortmund's fairytale Champions League run continues as they defeated Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 in the second leg of their semifinal tie, securing a 2-0 aggregate victory.

The German side, who defied the odds to overcome Manchester City in the previous round, produced another heroic performance at the Parc des Princes, becoming the first team to reach the Champions League final at Wembley Stadium.
